Not horsing around! | Week 6

Tasks completed (14 hrs):

  • Weekly discussions (3 hrs)
  • Created the boss model + rig (6 hrs)
  • Made the close-range animation & basic attack animation (2 hrs)
  • Saved out all the jump up/down and jump shoot animations (3 hrs)

(Note: the blue attack is static here but moves forward as it grows in-game.)

Positives:

  • 2-week schedule created
  • Playtest build out early as planned
  • I’m happy with how the boss turned out

Negatives:

  • Technical issues w/ build + issues w/survey distribution
  • Did not get nearly as much done as I would’ve personally wanted to
  • It’s gonna be a really really rough week next week, for everyone

Upcoming:

  • Dream World/Boss Arena assets!
  • Menu design + assets
  • Sleepless girl + text
  • Assets for bg (to go behind current bg)
  • Other tweaks (UI, dreams, etc.)
